Dr. Otto Murdo invented an electric robots which he used to guard his base. His intent was to create an army of these robots along with a radium-powered death ray with which he could conquer the world.
Dr. Murdo and his robots were created by Drs. Joshua and Joel Williams and the good robot they created: Flexo the Rubberman. Being made of rubber (at least externally), Flexo was immune to the electricity of Dr. Murdo's robots.
