Weapon X
 

The villain Mister Sinister infiltrated the Weapon X program and became one of its chief scientists under the guide "Dr. Robert Windsor." The people who work at Project X were unaware that the super-powered Mister Sinister was in their midst. They thought that "Dr. Windsor" was a regular human scientist.
