Leon Crisp's mother was raped, mugged and left for dead. Because of this traumatic experience, Crisp became a serial killer. He used newspaper article to find stories about "Good Samaritans", people who went out of their way to do something good for strangers. Leon Crisp then hunted these local heroes down and killed them.
The deadly hero Justice (Tensen) discovered what Crisp was doing and confronted him. After a battle, Justice killed Crisp.
