The first sentence in this issue is "Then it's true, Mr. President?" The crisis that Earth faces is brought to the President's attention, and the President is instrumental in asking for help from the all-female crew who become known as the "Outer Space Babes."
At this time, having only gleaned information from secondary sources, we do not actually know if the President is referred to by name, or simply referred to by his title ("Mr. President"). Obviously the answer to this question could be answered by reading the primary source material.
