Rex Cosmos
 

Rex was a heroic member of the Super Police in a science fiction strip set in 2023 (which was 88 years in the future at the time this character was created).

In Rex's first published adventure, he and his friends (Professor Shanley and the professor's daughter Joan) set off in the professor's invention (the Hi-Lo, a stratoplane-submarine) to the Galapagos Islands. Their mission was to investigate the disappearance of five ships from the United States.
