Two Gavonian agents managed to get the drop on Sandra of the Secret Service while she was aboard a ship. At the pier, the agents snuck Sandra off the ship rolled up in a rug. The Gavonian agents drove away in a car. Sandra's allies Lothar and Reynolds gave commandeered a cab and had the taxi driver follow the Gavonian agents. But the taxis's engine overheated. The driver was forced to stop the car, and the Gavonian agents got away with the unconscious Sandra.
