Count Congo was an ape so large that he was kept in a cage which was said to take up all of Rhode Island and half of Connecticut! Count Congo actually enjoyed life in his cage. So... when Animal Rights activists forced him to be freed, he got very depressed.
Animal Rights activists said that he should not be "chained." The Animal Rights activists filed petitions with courts and lobbeyed for Count Congo to be freed and deported to a more "natural" habitat. They prevailed, and the gigantic ape was let free.
Count Congo became very depressed after this happened.
The Animal Rights activists wanted Count Congo deported to Africa. But Count Congo didn't want to get to Africa!
Fortunately for Count Congo a massive storm set him "free" from thse plans for him to live in "natural habitat freedom," and the huge ape ended up returned to his former captivity. He was then happy again.
