Andrew "Andy" Meadows was a member of the group of M.I.T. students who assisted Professor Jenny Swensen ("Spitfire"). They were loosely known as the "Troubleshooters."
Prof. wore a high-tech suit of armor, but she tried to avoid putting her students into danger. Nevertheless, some of the situations they were tackled involved some risk. Andy Meadows was killed in Spitfire and the Troubleshooters #7.
As a member of the Troubleshooters, Andy sometimes utilized energy-blasting wrist gauntlets.
