The group known as "Justice Brigade" idolized the deadly vigilante "Justice" (Tensen). Before the stated idolizing (or worshipping) Justice, they worshiped the mysterious being known as "the Savior." The Justice Brigade members were then called "Millennias." The Savior was their leader. They changed their group's name from "Millennias" to "Justice Brigade" when they started following Justice.
