Lady Luger was a Nazi villainess who was a recurring foe of Femforce.
"Lady Luger" is named for the German semi-automatic pistol known as the "Luger." This is probably not her real name and there is no particular reason to think she is genuinely an aristocrat or any other type of person who merits the title "Lady."
