Murray's name is first mentioned in panel 2 on page 2 in The Uncanny X-Men #133. Murray is one of a group of regular Hellfire Club soldiers wearing their standard blue and red uniform. They are looking for Wolverine. Another Hellfire Club soldier says: "There ain't no pipes in here -- how come we got a leak? Murray-- All of you-- the ceiling!
