Italian comic book creators Roberto Recchioni and Walter Venturi depicted Abraham van Helsing as the central character in a comic book series simply titled Abraham. In this series, Abraham is a vampire (and demon) hunter operating in the Wild West. Although this Italian interpretation of the classic character from Bram Stoker's novel Dracula varies in its time and setting from the original work, this is essentially the same character.
