At one time, the realname of the mutant Xavier Institute student known as "Forearm" was identified as "Jorge Lucas." This identification now appears to be erroneous.
Apparently student Jorge Lucas (from New X-Men: Academy X #8) is the same person as Forearm (from New X-Men #149).

"Jorge Lucas" is actually the name of a comic book artist who worked on a number of Marvel titles, including Mystique, Inhumans, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. The appearance of this name on a gravestone can probably best be classified simply as a little "in-joke" put there by the artist of this issue. One could easily argue that this should not really signify that there was a mutant student at Xavier's by this name who was killed by the Purifier attack.
