This film is the sequel to the 1993 feature film The Fugitive, which was a big screen feature film version of the same-named TV series.
John Pogue wrote the actual screenplay for this film. Roy Huggins, the creator of the original "Fugitive" TV series, was credited for having created characters featured in the film.
