Static stops the bombs that Commando X uses to disrupt the peace rally. Commando X escapes from Static and the battle lines are drawn. Frieda and Virgil do some research to find out if anyone fits Commando X's political agenda. They find out that his real name is Howell Rice and Virgil deduces that the next target is S.H.R.E.D., the police's crisis unit. Virgil, Frieda and Rick discuss racist ideas and politics. Virgil asks Daisy out on a date. Virgil discovers the hideout of Commando X. Virgil talks to Hill to pump some more information.
