Curtis learns their is a virus in his computer systems while he setting up his new laboratory at Hard Co. The virus creates Hephaestus. Hephaestus thinks Hardware is his father and tries to kill him to prove himself. Curtis and Cheryl (Hard Co. founder) barely escape. Hardware confirms that Hephaestus was created by Arcaana. Cheryl creates a counter program to defeat Hephaestus.
