We have Flashback and Third Rail thinking over some intense problems. We visit the Garden Station. The Blood Syndicate has an organized meeting. The Syndicate decides to make one last crack house raid. We see that Oro is kicked out of the Shadow Cabinet. Kwai is shot during the crack house raid.
