Donner and Blitzen are forced to move to new location because of Utopia Park. Starlight and Payback help them move. They argue over the impact of Utopia Park on Dakota. Dharma sends Iron Butterfly and Starlight to aid Harm in a confrontation with Milton St. Cloud. We see other effects of Utopia Park such as the arrival of St. Cloud, Crimson and Kobalt. Harm succeeds in muscling St. Cloud. Iron Butterfly says she doesn't trust Dharma.
