Summary from now-defunct webpage at http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=244&:

Larry's car gets stolen by someone called Joyride, who can control cars. Static remembers a former encounter involving Joyride where he lost him after a high-speed chase. Static lost Joyride and someone got hurt in the process. Chuck continues to lay into Rick with gay-based jokes. Rick is getting fed up with the whole thing. Virgil plans on how to catch Joyride as he works at this part-time job. Static confronts Joyride at a car show. Static tricks Joyride into getting out of a car and catches him. Static then stops a brutal beating and finds out that his friend Rick is really gay!!
