Fred Deni plays a cursed, ugly Sleeping Beauty. When the Prince accidentally kisses her, Sleeping Beauty becomes regular self, played by actress Linnea Quigley (credited as "Dream Girl").
Fairyland resident Tommy Tucker, played by actor Robert Staats, is portrayed as a friend of Gussie Gander who she hires as a doorman to work at her brothel (housed in the shoe).
Gussie Gander is the "Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe." The nursery rhyme is quoted specifically in reference to her. She lives in a shoe. Her "children" are re-imagined as "girls" in her brothel.
James Waldman (also known as James Wallman) is listed in credits as a gofer in the film crew. He also plays the Wolf (in a human-size costume and wolf mask) in the film.
