This publication is also known as: The Micronauts (vol. 2) #16 or The Micronauts: The New Voyages #16.

This is the last issue that prominently featured the planet Aegis as a location. This Microverse planet was the home to numerous refugees who fled the "the Pain." In this issue, the powerful cosmic entity known as "The Beyonder" restored life to the planet Aegis and destroyed three other planets to create a "firebreak" which would serve to protect the planet from "the Pain."
